New SAP Support Portal

SAP has released its new Support Portal experience. Along with the new Fiori Support Launchpad there is a new look SAP Help Portal and a whole lot of new Solution Manager 7.2 content.

SAP Solution Manager Content

Under SAP Solution Manger Overview section the Media Center is now based on SAP Workforce Performance Builder for a complete demo and training experience.

Here you can find demonstrations of the new Solman functionality along with step by step training guides (Guided Discovery Tutorial). This is a great reference guide for learning how to use the new functionality. Like Activate Best Practices, it also has Process Guides for implementing the main Application Lifecycle Value Chains.
